Our client is urgently looking to engage a Digital Marketing Coordinator with strong CMS skills for an initial 6 month contract.

Role

This role sits within a Customer Experience division of one of our State Government clients and will be responsible for:

  • Contribute to the development and delivery of digital marketing communication strategies and activities across the organisation, in collaboration with partner entities to ensure optimal exposure of content, products, campaigns and services to achieve business outcomes and enhance customer access, engagement and experience.
  • Facilitate and support the successful delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and promotions across the organisation by coordinating, implementing, monitoring and reporting campaign-specific digital marketing activities across multiple digital channels and agency partners.
  • Support the development and successful delivery of integrated digital marketing systems including;
  • Salesforce CRM, Sitecore CMS and DMS, Search marketing, Eloqua Marketing Automation, Mobile applications and Social Media channels; and facilitate the coordination, integration and optimisation of customer segmentation profiles and modeling across these systems
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of email marketing and marketing automation activities to achieve specific business and marketing objectives.
  • Contribute to the development, management and monitoring of the organisation's social media strategies, including strategic framework, content development, moderation, issues management, community growth and engagement, analytics and reporting.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in the successful development and delivery of digital marketing strategies, campaigns and activities across online, mobile and social media to increase customer engagement and experience
  • Understanding of digital marketing platforms, channels, tools and processes, including CMS, DMS,CRM, marketing automation, website analytics, social listening tools, data analysis, website formats and programming languages.
