We are seeking a champion of digital innovation for our client a Mobile App company, who will lead the digital ecosystem across all digital marketing platforms. As a digital marketing manager, the scope will include: websites, social, mobile, search, CRM, digital marketing and agency relationships. You will have the ability to review the current digital ecosystem and current digital plans and recommend a roadmap for the future.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Segment Marketing teams to guide them on digital strategy, ensuring best practice is integrated into all campaigns and plans.
  • Delivers effective and efficient communication that grows the business via new customer acquisition and repeat ride growth
  • Overall planning, development, implementation and optimisation of mobile performance marketing, CRM and digital marketing campaigns
  • Track and optimize activity to increase the Quality, optimise CAC and improve ROI.
  • Manage social media and content manager
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies, including updates on attribution, programmatic media buying, social media acquisitions.
  • This role will work closely with our technical product experts to develop new innovation relevant to the Australian market.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years leading digital marketing
  • Previous start up in tech industry an advantage
  • Experience in managing multiple advertising channels which includes Facebook ads Manager, Google Adwords, Ad networks, Demand site platforms and affiliates
  • Detailed knowledge of digital channels such as Google Adwords, Facebook, Double Click etc.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing tracking tools Apsalar / Appsflyer / Tune and analytics tools Google Analytics / Appannie
  • Innovative, analytical, with the ability to interpret information, data patterns and research quickly to solve problems
  • General Mobile ecosystem knowledge
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management within the company and externally with suppliers and agencies.

Degree in marketing or relevant field
