Our client is looking for someone highly motivated, experienced and able to lead from the front and let the team work autonomously. The current team is extremely down to earth, work well together and are extremely eager to learn. Currently the centre has a good steady occupancy rate but there is a small push to increase this where possible but will not be the main focus. As the director you will have a full time admin assistant supporting you in the office which means you will be on the floor most of the time.

Requirements for this role include:

Diploma/Bachelor in early Childcare or ACECQA approved equivalent

Certified supervisor certificate

Current Working With Children Check

Current first aid and asthma and anaphylaxis certificate

The right to work in Australia
