Manage the day to day running’s of the centre
Ensure the centre is completely compliant
Maintain a relationship with everyone in the centre
Ensure health and safety standards are maintained
Manage rosters and recruit
Requirements for this role
Experience in sales and growing occupancy
Director experience in a childcare centre
A nominated Certified Supervisor Certificate
Hold a Diploma in Children’s services or Early Childhood Degree
Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Great communication and leadership skills
Experience in creating and maintaining a quality improvement plan
