job description

Duties:

  • Ensure all delivery docket and inward goods are reciepted into the SAP system as same day delivery.
  • Manage stock credit process.
  • Liaise with depor transport to ensure customer orders meet transport
  • Locating missing POD's
  • Manage and maintain pallet process
  • Managing PO's and invoicing
  • Coordinate pick and pack activity
  • Various admin tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of SAP or a large ERP system
  • Great customer services and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to assist where possible and a can-do attitude
  • Strong administration experience
  • Attention to detail
