Randstad is proud to partner with one of Newcastle’s leading commercial organisations. We are actively seeking multiple Display Home Hosts to join this exciting business on a permanent basis due to business growth and projected expansion into 2017/18.
The successful candidates will have experience in the display home or residential construction space and be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, exciting potential buyers about their next home when showing them through homes, lodging paperwork, booking appointments and general administrative duties as required.
To be considered you will meet the above requirements as well as having:
- Previous experience in the residential construction industry
- An understanding of the residential construction process
- A sales background ideally
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- A proven ability to work to tight deadlines
- Intermediate computer skills and proven ability to organise
- Commitment to work weekends as required
