Our client is currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a great role for an individual who is looking to expand their skills across in the application space. Our client is leading Not for Profit organisation so this role will be ideal for candidates looking to work for an organisation that impacts the community.

We’re looking for candidates who have worked with a wide range of Applications; on premise and SaaS. Retiring legacy applications and CMS implementation will also be a large part of the role. The ideal candidate will be working closely with stakeholders to ensure all applications operate effectively.


Essential skills

  • Tertiary qualifications in ICT
  • Extensive experience with supporting a range of enterprise Business applications, including configuring, upgrading and testing of applications i.e. Finance Management, Risk Management, HR system and Time and Attendance.
  • Minimum 6 years experience with applications maintenance and support in a medium to large production environment
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in developing and presenting business cases/justifications/cost benefit analysis/project approvals
  • Management of the Integration Platform and associated support
  • Prioritise between critical application support and project delivery and ensure technical and people strategies are in place to meet agreed project commitments, proactively manage and progress the existing environments and react to support requirements.
  • Experience in developing, implementing, documenting and monitoring enterprise Business application change management and request management services.
  • Experience with developing processes to support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills. Proven ability to effectively communicate to technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the organisation.
  • Outstanding analytical, observation and organisational skills

Desirable

  • Experience in working in the not for profit sector (NFP)
  • Excellent Project Management skills and experience.
  • An experience with working with third party vendors in the implementation of large change agendas
  • Current ITIL Foundation level certification
  • Delivery of Business Intelligence Services
