Randstad are currently recruiting for a client that have a number of fantastic opportunities for individuals with a passion for customer service. These roles are entry level positions answering enquiries about tech products. These products have a fantastic reputation in the market and are a leader in their industry on a global scale. Products you will be discussing with customers include mobiles, tablets, laptops and personal computers.

There are two role types we are currently recruiting for. Both of these roles have a strong focus on building customer relationships and creating buzz about the brand. We are looking for applicants who would be happy to be considered for either of the following:

  1. Customer Service Advisor - Chat
  • Acts as a first point of contact to customers who are interested in purchasing a client product
  • Engages with the customer via webchat to answer enquiries
  • Explain product features and benefits to suit the customers needs via webchat
  • Takes a consultative approach to find a product best suited to customers lifestyle and specific requirements
  • Stay updated on current products and technology

  1. Customer Service Advisor - Service
  • Taking inbound calls from customers who have recently purchased a client product to provide support to ensure their product is delivered correctly and on time.
  • Track product shipments; liase with courier companies
  • Edit and adjust customer orders
  • Process product returns or refunds
  • Continue to create excitement about the product and reaffirm their purchase

Role details:

  • Start date: 7th July
  • 6 month contract with possible extension
  • Full availability required between Monday to Friday: 7am to 9pm and Saturday: 9am to 6pm.
  • 5 days per week on a rotating roster - 38 hours total
  • Brisbane CBD location - easily accessible by train and public transport

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Willingness to go above and beyond with the customer
  • Build rapport with customers and create excitement about the brand
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Computer literate and type over 30WPM
  • Interest in technology products desirable
