Randstad is currently recruiting an experienced EA to join an award winning and well respected Construction Company for a period of 3 weeks from 19th June. You will report to the two Managing Directors where you’ll be responsible for one on one support and the and the day to day management of the office in an exciting and diverse role. We are seeking a well communicated and switched on professional who is motivated, committed and takes on all levels of responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your skills and experience within a dynamic organisation. A background in a construction, project admin or Real Estate is ideal.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • High level diary and email management
  • Create, maintain and update client and administration files
  • Preparing boardroom for a high number of meetings per day
  • Document control, all office records and filing
  • Assist with settlements
  • Preparing mail merges & sending via email and post
  • Event management
  • Arrange travel & Ad hoc duties

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as an EA for executive level
  • Advanced MS Office skills-Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Be a results focused individual with excellent professionalism and presentation
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Quick learner with ability to prioritise and multitask
