Are you looking for executive assistant / personal assistant positions? Do you have experience in the government sector?

Randstad are currently working with various government agencies in NSW. One of these agencies is looking for an EA to provide quality and efficient executive support and administrative services.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Coordinate a range of correspondence
  • Undertake relevant administrative and financial processes to ensure the smooth operation of the Division’s purchasing requirements
  • Screen, review and prioritise incoming communications
  • Maintain a system to track, identify and follow up on outstanding actions, issues and correspondence to determine appropriate actions and ensure all deadlines are met.

About the contract:

  • Dates: as soon as possible – 29/03/2018 with possibility to extension
  • Location: Strawberry Hills
  • Pay rate: $45p/h to $55p/h + super

Successful applicants posses:

  • Experience in government (this is required)
  • Great communication skills- both phone manner and written
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in records management and SAP would be advantageous
