About the role:

We are looking for the next Executive Assistant to join this professional, supportive and goal orientated team of a world renowned Government Organisation, based in Dubbo and nearby suburbs. They have a fast-paced workforce, and low turnover rates in addition to a very down to earth and friendly team environment. This is a rare, ongoing full-time opportunity supporting senior district managers to provide high quality executive support. You will be well renumerated with an attractive hourly rate, and excel in a dynamic work environment that this role has to offer.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively provide a high level of secretarial and administrative support including reports, screening telephone calls, mail, diary management and general correspondence.
  • Coordinate diary management, travel management, event management.
  • Responsible for coordinating meetings, minute taking & action items , document writing and formatting , liaising with internal & external stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support with ad hoc projects and as required.

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Recent proven, stable experience in a similar role will be very highly regarded.
  • A genuine desire to assist operations and general managers, and provide a high level of executive support.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both in oral and written form.
  • Sound skills in problem solving and liaising with multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Impeccable corporate presentation and highly professional manner.
  • Ability to organise own work priorities to meet strict deadlines.
  • Proven ability to add value as a part of a diverse and dedicated team.
