Executive Assistant

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting strong Team administrators and Executive assistants to work for one of our biggest clients within the Banking sector. We are constantly recruiting in this space and require hard working candidates to join the team! We currently have a 2 month assignment covering leave.

The Candidate
To be successful you will have experience in providing high quality administrative and operational support to leaders and will thrive working to tight deadlines. Ideally you will have experience with the Banking and Finance sector:

Support Responsibilities:

  • 1:1 executive support
  • Administration dutiies for the Leadership team
  • Extensive diary management and appointment setting
  • Screen all incoming calls and escalating appropriate calls and answering enquiries in a timely manner
  • Monitor and action emails
  • Manage correspondence in a timely and confidential manner
  • Organise and coordinate all travel requirements including complex itineraries and visas
  • Source and coordinate relevant documents and reports for meetings
  • Faxing, filing, collating and binding documentation
  • Collate high quality presentations
  • Coordinate services such as catering and refreshments, meeting arrangements (room and venue bookings plus set-up and pack-up)
  • Manage reconciliation of expenses
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ad-hoc duties as required

You will have:

  • Administration experience supporting management
  • Exposure to the Banking & Finance sector
  • Good oral and written communication skills (use of appropriate grammar and vocabulary)
  • Diary and travel management experience
  • Abilities to liase with employees and stakeholders
  • Attention to detail
