About your new role

This is a great opportunity for someone who is self motivated with experience working in a professional environment. As our executive assistant you will be responsible for providing executive assistant and adminstrative support to the State Manager. Your role will have variety and include but not be limited to the following;

  • Diary management and meeting coordination of the State Manager
  • Managing travel itineraries and bookings
  • Preparation of business documents and presentations
  • Responding to enquries via phone and email
  • Office management and administration tasks

What you will need

As our EA you will be coordinating workflows and ensuring everything runs smoothly. We are working to help individuals and their families. It is therefore essential that you are someone that treats everyone with dignity, sensitivity and fairness. A commitment to a high level of customer services is essential

  • Be an Australian Citizen
  • Experience in an Personal Assistant PA, Executive Assistant EA role
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
