Our clients are a multinational technology business and a world wide leader looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive and confidential admin support to their sales team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Email management
  • Function and meeting coordination
  • Processing expenses for management
  • Management and coordination or electronic diaries
  • Organising travel schedules both domestic and international
  • Telephone and video conference meeting/planning/scheduling
  • Providing general administration duties to contribute to the team and company environment

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • General business acumen
  • A positive “can-do” attitude
  • Analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Relevant experience in an Executive Assistant role
  • Ability to work with all levels of staff and part of a team
  • Ability to exercise initiative and work both independent and cooperatively
  • Experience in all Microsoft Applications with efficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and high pressured environment
  • Experience in a technology business is preferred
