We are seeking an Executive Business Partner & Projects Lead for our client within the utilities industry. This position will see you support a broad range of stakeholders including the Executive team, by providing high level specialist and technical advice on a range of strategic matters including people, performance, policy and remuneration incentive.

The right candidate will have extensive IR & ER experience with expertise to confidently take the lead in EBA negotiations. As Project Lead, this key role will drive the delivery of significant and diverse strategic projects supporting the adoption of transformational HR practices across the business.

This opportunity may also see you become a key contributor to organisational design matters and facilitate change management responsibilities to support high level change.

Key accountabilities are incorporated within the following areas:

  • IR and ER Support - to ensure effective management of IR & ER issues and mitigate risks
  • Advising executive team and management on employment law matters
  • HR Executive Support - providing expert advice and support to executive team on HR matters across employee life stages.
  • Project Management - ensure effective delivery of strategic people projects
  • Remuneration and Incentive - implementation of new review process and ensuring policies are applied and managed effectively
  • Governance - ensure people initiatives are supported and approved by executive, committee and board.
  • Stakeholder Management - ensure key relationships are established and maintained

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage projects to tight timeframes
  • Ability to interpret and develop complex policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated extensive IR & ER experience
  • Experience with remuneration and incentive
  • Project Management principles and methodologies
  • Stakeholder management and influence
  • Change management
  • Organisational and political savvy
  • Ability to influence and liaise with all levels of the organisation including Executive and Board members

Rewards:

Salary package of $120,00 (inclusive of super) + up to 12% incentive potential + attractive novated lease option.
