This role is to provide professional and confidential assistance, planning, organisational and administrative support to a passionate team of individuals in the Melbourne CBD.

Key Accountabilities:

Provide executive support, including but not limited to:

  • Processing documents and reporting
  • Dictation
  • Photocopying, filling and scanning
  • Providing any ad hoc administration support
  • Effective diary management and meeting scheduling
  • Primary interface between manager and direct reports
  • Produce reports and presentations as and when required
  • Coordinate and deliver domestic and overseas travel management
  • Field incoming telephone calls / correspondence - assisting or redirecting where appropriate
  • Coordinate internal /external meetings /workshops / conferences /office functions with stakeholders, vendors and attendees


  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
  • Models resilience and flexibility
  • Shows courage to make decisions
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exercises professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Strong ability to multi task and work well in a high pressured environment
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Office Applications (including Office 365)
