This is an exciting permanent opportunity to be a part of a great team culture managing the export trade line for an International logistics company for the FMCG industry. They have offices located in Italy, France, Argentina and many more making it a highly diverse working culture and the opportunity to gain an abundance of experience. The role can occasionally be client facing, so confidence dealing with people on a personal level is important. You will be will be reporting into a Direct Manager and receiving orders from the office overseas, initiating contact with suppliers and booking the orders in to suit the suppliers and customers.

This role is a crucial part of continuing to grow the organisation here in Australia, so you will be a valued and integral part of the business. 2 years Export experience is highly desirable and someone who has a key eye for detail would be a perfect addition to the team along with a can do and confident attitude.

Key Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Receiving orders and booking transport
  • Collating documents from suppliers and processing export clearance when required
  • Prepare and provide documents to customers in accordance to with the terms of shipment standard operating procedures
  • Processing invoices from vendors
  • Invoicing customers
  • Processing both FCL and LCL shipments in accordance to the standard operation procedures

In return there is a negotiable salary for the right candidate with standard working hours. The role is in the heart of Sydney South and round the corner from public transport.
