Acting on behalf of our client, Randstad are currently recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator to assist the Facilities Manager – Facilities Help desk in the delivery of professional, effective and efficient operations. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and innovative candidate with the capability to work independently.

The organisation is part of a world leading enterprise for business and document management services. Through a broad portfolio of document technology, services, software and supplies, the company provides essential back-office support that clears the way for customers to focus on their core business. The Facilities Management team is responsible to deliver effective and efficient facility operations to support the teams and make sure high standards are met.


The key areas of responsibility include:

  • Management of the FM database including processing invoices for maintenance
  • Managing contractors including work allocating, building access and outstanding works
  • Reporting OHS incidents and unallocated maintenance requests
  • Preparations of FM data for management reporting
  • Assist with monitoring status of overdue jobs
  • Raising and closing work orders and provide operational support to Facility

We are seeking applicants with a specific skillset and working experience, to include:

  • A tertiary qualification in Facilities Management or similar qualification with relevant work experience
  • Understanding of a range of software applications and administrative support systems including electronic management/booking systems.
  • Understanding of the processes and equipment employed with a facilities management role
  • Proven time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and organise work activities to manage ongoing requests for action.
  • Ability to pick up new IT systems quickly
  • Able and willing to work in a strong team focused environment.
