Based in the CBD, we are currently looking for a well rounded candidate to assist during a period of change for a medium sized organisation. Due to changes within the organisational structure, this company are looking for candidates to assist in a transactional all round role over the financial year end period, with a possibility to extend based on performance and future needs.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Accurately processing invoices into the system, and ensuring payments are made to suppliers.
  • Following up with outstanding debtors and ensuring accounts are paid on time
  • Allocating and receipting payments
  • Processing new credit applications
  • Solving invoicing discrepancies where required
  • Assisting with month end & monthly reporting
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

The ideal candidate will have upwards of 3 years of experience in a transactional accounting capacity. A proven track record dealing with both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable will be of benefit. In addition to this, the ideal candidate will be one that is capable of working with minimal supervision.
