This well known dealer group is looking for financial services professional to take a lead role in managing advice documentation for the group’s practices.

The Role

This role will see you working in the head office of a major financial service group making sure the group’s clients details are kept in an organised fashion and easily accessible for the group’s advisors and compliance division. You will be using the various systems of the business to get data and be providing regular quality checks on the files.

Constant improvement of the processes and systems and will also be a vital to this role as you will be given the opportunity to add real value. Other members on this team are responsible for projects and others provide training to the practices over the phone.

Your Experience

  • Have worked in an administration role within financial services for a minimum of a year.
  • Intermediate excel experience or higher.
  • RG-146 or having at least started it is highly regarded.
