Seeking your skills in customer service for multiple Fraud Officer roles at one of Australia’s Big Four Banks. Delivering safer banking practices through the Fraud Space and take this opportunity to build your skillset. Your new role

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to customers and the community
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
  • Providing both operational accuracy and efficiency
  • Playing a key role in minimising fraudulent non lending loss
  • Aware that you will be the first point of call for customers experiencing fraudulent activity
  • Escalate priority cases in timely, professional manner to all stakeholders

Your skillset and experience

  • Experience in banking is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service is necessary
  • Digital Fraud experience is desirable
  • Strong level of operational efficiency and accuracy
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
