Your new organisation:

Your new company is an industry leader. With years of experience across Australia, the client has entered the Canberra market and have hit the ground running. They are looking for a highly corporate and professional concierge to join their growing team.

The successful candidate:

  • Have a corporate approach
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Have a “can do” attitude
  • Have previous experience in a position similar
  • Show initiative and willingness

Your new role:

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Be the first point of contact for all clients and guests
  • Be able to set up meeting rooms
  • Setting up projectors in the meeting rooms
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with tact and strict confidentiality
  • Escorting guests to meeting rooms
  • Signing guests and clients in and issuing security pass’s

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in a professional customer service position
  • Minimum 3 years in a corporate receptionist role
