Your New Company

Our client is a family operated Aged Care organisation providing the elderly and disabled to live comfortably and independently in their own homes for longer. This organisation is an NDIS, iCare and Private services provider, they are looking for a self-motivated HR Support Coordinator to organise and deliver all aspects of HR across the business including; recruitment, payroll and general HR duties.

Your New Position

  • Organise and conduct a high level of recruitment and rostering to ensure the suitable careworkers are matched to the right client.
  • To provide support to employees, payroll teams, clients and care workers.
  • Mentor and coach care workers, recording any feedback and issues on relevant systems and escalating when necessary.
  • Working to KPI’s and conducting weekly reports.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service or recruitment position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to liaise with all levels of the business and inparticular clients and careworkers.
  • Emotional resilience and ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Solution focussed mindset ability to think on your feet in a fast paced environment.
