About the role:
For the role as outbound sales specialist we are not looking for a lot – we are looking for people that want to learn and more importantly want to make a lot of money. You will be getting call lists and up to you to follow up and make every phone number a client. You will be trained by one of the best guys in the business and if you have the right mentality he will mentor you to become a big biller and finally able to afford that bigger car, TV etc. The culture on the sales floor is great – everyone is competitive but always willing to help.
About the ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate knows how to cold call – actually, you love it. You see opportunities where other people see problems and you will not take no for an answer. You have had sales experience and have found ways to get what you want and are happy to teach other about how you do it. In summary the ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 6 months of sales experience
- Are hungry and want to make commissions
- Have a competitive nature – you will want to beat the best
- Are willing to learn
