Servicing over 14 sites and with a strong growth strategy this organization is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team for 10 months.
Accustomed to working in a hands-on, faced paced environment, you will be a strong communicator with generalist HR advisory, consultative or coordinator experience. You are comfortable building relationships with stakeholders across business lines, liaising with all staff levels and maintaining processes and frameworks to a high level.
Responsibilities will be generalist in nature including continuous review and implementation of processes to ensure compliance and best practice, along with coaching and providing advice on ER and people management issues. You will have recruitment experience and will enjoy interacting with internal and external clients at all levels to influence successful resolutions and initiate strong working relationships.
Your generalist experience of 2-3 years + along with your maturity and confident approach to resolving all manner of HR issues will be key to your success in this role. Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience will provide a framework to add value to the strategic development of this progressive organisation.
