Due to an exciting internal secondment my client is looking for their next Human Resources Advisor, supporting multiple national client groups. Working within a friendly team in a fun and high performing culture you will be reporting to an open and supportive HR Manager.
You will be seen as a trusted partner providing strategic and operational business partnering solutions to the senior executives and your client group. You will consider yourself smart, savvy, commercial and an experienced HR professional, who has considerable experience in developing high quality HR solutions to enable a business to achieve its key drivers.
You will foster and develop an organisational culture of high levels of communication, to support people who genuinely care about their customers and colleagues, and optimise employee engagement.
Acting as the first point of contact you will handle generalist HR enquiries in addition to complex case management. A proven knowledge of EBA interpretation and working within a Unionised environment is highly advantageous.
You will be able to demonstrate your strong influencing skills and give examples of how you have achieved the following key deliverables:
- Managing a national / regional client group ensuring full delivery
- Effective business partnering with executive level stakeholders
- Employee Relations / Industrial Relations
- Project management
- Change management
- Working collaboratively with broader HR function
You will be highly visible and provide proactive leadership and coaching to your client group. To be successful in these opportunities you will require a high level of energy and drive. You will be capable of leveraging support from senior stakeholders and have a pragmatic approach to achieving organisational goals.
