Due to their rapid expansion they have recently restructured their HR team to better service the business. This is a standalone role based in Mount Waverley; you will report to the Group Business Partnership Manager based in Brisbane and have a geographically dispersed client group of up to 400 employees. You will partner with your client group, providing full generalist HR support. Key accountabilities will include:

  • Coaching managers on best practice, performance management and IR / ER
  • Deliver the national HR agenda to your client group
  • Support your client group and the broader HR team during period of change
  • Continue to develop a high performance culture
  • Talent identification and retention
  • Deliver targeted learning and development programs
  • Ensure safety and safe work practices are a priority throughout your region
  • Work on ad hoc HR projects as required

Your tertiary qualifications in HR / IR or a related field will provide you with the skills to align the employee relations portfolio with the corporate strategy. Experience in managing the resolution of ER/IR matters, using well developed problem solving and strong influence, negotiation skills will be highly regarded. You must exude passion, drive and tenacity and be able to demonstrate your resilience and flexibility to work in a fast paced changing environment. Ideally you will have gained your experience within the healthcare industry.
