This is a great opportunity for a HR Generalist with OHS experience, who is seeking work life balance in their career while utilising their broad experience to add value operationally and altruistically.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role incorporates HR Generalist Operational duties including:

  • Managing the employment lifecycle
  • Manaaging the Health & Safety process and system across all sites
  • OHS & RTW Coordination
  • ER duties including Performance Management
  • Providing support and advice to CEO and Management Team to deliver people related projects
  • Workforce Planning and Resourcing
  • Statutory compliance and risk management: managing systems & data
  • L&D: Deliver workshops and training
  • Contributing to website and social media from a people perspective
  • Payroll authorisation
  • Events & Facility Support

About You:

  • Degree level qualification in HR Management or other relevant discipline (AHRI membership preferred)
  • RTW / Safety Qualification or completed short course
  • Sound HR Generalist experience from a broad range of industries preferably including Manufacturing
  • Strong stakeholder relations to work horizontally with the leadership team, line managers, blue and white collar employees.
  • You acknowledge the nature of SME family owned companies, with a ‘no job too small’ approach to support the greater team and align with the company values of Family, Trust, Passion and Teamwork.
