A wonderful opportunity has presented itself for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client located in Eastern Melbourne during a time of exciting change. Reporting directly to the General Manager of HR, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR generalist activities including providing HR advice and support to a client group of up to 250.
Key areas of responsibility include
- performance management and retention
- Managing employee relations and generalist HR
- HR reporting systems and administration
- employee satisfactions and wellbeing
- staff safety and monitoring
- organisation development
- change champion within the business
You will need to hit the ground running with this role, have exceptional communication skills with the ability to be able to influence and quickly build relationships at all levels, coupled with a passion for what you do.
