Our client is a leading community services organisation, focussing on internal growth and expanding services. Due to a busy program of internal change and growth, they are seeking to appoint an experienced HR professional to join their team.
The HR Business Partner is a varied and busy generalist HR role, with a focus on supporting a diverse workforce. You will work as part of a supportive HR team and help them through a busy time of projects and change. Partnering with your HR team, managers and diverse client group you will support HR initiatives in line with the business strategy, including the areas of employee relations, performance reviews, change management, remuneration and benefits, employee engagement and communications. You will also provide significant support to a group of line managers.
Ideally you will be tertiary-qualified and will have a strong generalist HR background and have a hands-on approach to your work. You will be a true business partner who is capable, keen and collaborative with a confident, proactive approach.
You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, busy and changing environment and experience in a multi-faceted and customer-centric business is essential.
