You will work on the full range of HR generalist activities, including;

  • Provide advice and support on performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support and manage HR projects
  • Be an escalation point for any process gaps or knowledge in Core HR transactional activity
  • Build valued relationships with stakeholders
  • Manage and deliver on all the HR calendar of events
  • Provide advice on employment relation matters, interpretation of industrial awards, agreements and legislation.
  • Support end to end recruitment across the business

Key skills

  • Knowledge of Human Resource organisational policies and practices.
  • Relationship management and influencing skills.
  • Strong capability in Employee Relations / Industrial Relations will be highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of current employment legislation and employment practices.

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, coupled with a relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Generalist background and be passionate about working in this space.
  • Demonstrated experience managing HR workflows and handling HR matters independently or with limited guidance
