Our client, a prestigious education provider located in Melbourne’s Inner Suburbs, is looking for a dynamic and motivated professional to join their expanding HR team.
As an HR Coordinator, you will be given the opportunity to partner with your very own client group of 150, acting as their first point of contact for all things HR. You will be part of a high performing HR team that pride themselves on a collaborative culture, ensuring individual and team success.
Reporting directly through to the Director of Human Resources and joining the current team of 5, your role will be made up of the following components:
- End to end recruitment and selection
- Induction and training
- HR operations and support
- HR reporting, analytics and data management
- HR related administration
This role with suit a seasoned HR Coordinator or HR officer, who is looking to continue their growth within HR, alongside an experience and nurturing team. Previous experience within the education industry will be beneficial, however is not mandatory.
