Fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity is a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract HR Coordinator position located in Rhodes.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating and formatting employment contracts and offer letters
  • Ensuring compliance is met and following HR processes
  • An understanding of EBA’s and experience creating contracts
  • Liaising with senior management to coordinate on-boarding of new starters
  • First POC for HR queries
  • Liaising and providing information to payroll for new starters (superannuation, payment details, etc.)
  • Other ad hoc HR administration and project work

This opportunity will suit a confident HR Coordinator with experience in a similar position or shared services HR environment. You will be a motivated, self starter with strong communication and organisational skills. Your positive attitude and ability to thrive within a fast paced and changing environment will enable you to succeed in this role.
