Your new organisation, a global business known for its high performing culture and service excellence, has an opportunity for an HR Shared Services Manager to join their HR team.
Reporting to the Head of HR you will lead the HR Shared Services team and be responsible for day-to-day services and employee lifecycle processes.
As a specialist you also have HR business partnering capability and will work with the organisation to ensure your function and team offers a relevant, responsive and customer-friendly service supported through simple, streamlined systems and processes.
- Providing high quality and consistent advice and support in a cost effective and efficient way, to positively impact on customer effectiveness, efficiency and confidence.
- Actively engaging in the continuous improvement of the Shared Services Centre.
- Managing the performance (service, productivity and quality) of a team of HR Service Coordinators delivering day-to-day customer services to all employees and managers in APAC.
To be successful in this role you have experience as an HR generalist with strong business partnering capability coupled with experience managing an HR shared services team.
You thrive in an operational and delivery focussed role, yet are able to think strategically within a commercial and professional setting.
You are a proactive leader with high energy levels and commitment to developing an efficient, responsive team.
You are confident in your ability to leverage reports and analytics to measure the success of the model and to identify areas for improvement.
