Randstad Albury is currently seeking an experienced HR/Quality Assurance Administrator to work for growing company who specialise with work for the defence force and police force.

This role will be a combination of both administration and human resources.
As an administrator you will provide general office administration support as well as assist with quality assurance, document management and event management. As a Human Resources officer you would be providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling.

In both of these roles you will be working to ensure that our client maintains the highest standard of administration integrity and accountability including all legislative obligations.

To be suitable for this role you will need

  • Qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration or Business Management
  • Experience in maintaining and developing Quality Management Systems
  • Experience in Administration and Customer Service
  • High level of competency in Microsoft Office
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Experience in Human Resources
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A can-do attitude
