Outstanding opportunity to join Carrier Australia the Global leader in High Technology Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration solutions.

Located in Macquarie Park the Business Development Manager NSW/ACT reports to the State Services Manager NSW/ACT overseeing HVAC business development sales/opportunities. This is a new opportunity to complement existing structure and further growth plans within Carriers business.

Primary function of the Business Development Manager is achieving individual and company sales objectives through active promotion of our professional organisation that delivers quality service and maintenance of Commercial air conditioning equipment, control systems and projects.

As Business Development Manager, you will be directly responsible for driving the strategic and commercial approach in NSW and ACT. Your active industry presence, client interfacing and networking will see you strategically aligned to uncover opportunities within new business, additionally leveraging off existing accounts and to responding to commercial tenders and bids.

The mandate requires expertise across sales strategy, prospecting new business, client management, business operations and strong technical background in the HVAC mechanical services industry.

  • Corporate presentation skills coupled with business partnering and solution sales focus
  • Reputable relationship management skills with commercial industry network
  • Personal drive to meet challenges with strong negotiation and conversion ability
