Randstad is a supplier to SA Government under the SA Government across Government Temporary Staff Panel and provide temporary staff for ICT. With multiple opportunities available within high profile projects across South Australia, we have some exciting contract roles available right now!


Seeking an ICT Business Confidence Lead to commence in June 2017 for a key change program with a State Government client.

The Business Confidence Lead will focus on change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, will be identify change impacts and planning and implementing change activities that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance.

You will be required to:

  • Coordinate required business analysis and change management activities
  • Manage the planning and delivery of change management events (including required systems, environments and resources)
  • Oversee the ICT Testing Team, Change Management Team, Delivery Streams and other stakeholders as required to identify, document and agree high level business processes, systems, readiness, delivery schedules and testing within the Business Confidence scope of work.
  • Specify and manage required business analysis and change management activities in collaboration with specified new RAH business and ICT stakeholders.
  • Identify process-relevant systems, integration points between systems and the status of completed, in-progress and scheduled integration testing


You will possess highly developed and demonstrated competencies in the following areas:

  • A solid understanding of how people go through ICT and process changes and the change process
  • Experience and knowledge of ICT change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
  • Experience with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts
  • Experience in running ICT workshops, interviewing key stakeholders and managing/coordinating project resources and tasks
  • Experience in interpreting business processes and converting them to user collateral as required
  • Ability to communicate and articulate messages to a variety of audiences and establish strong relationships effectively at all levels of the organization
