As a Recruitment Specialist, you can expect to:
- Own the recruitment process, which includes facilitating assessment centres
- Engage with the business, senior stakeholders and contact centre leaders to deliver an exceptional level of service
- Recruit for knowledge, skill and most importantly ‘fit’ for the culture
This is a permanent opportunity for a candidate who wants to build on their existing recruitment career by working closely with highly experienced professionals to learn best practice. Reporting directly in to HR, you will grow your knowledge of HR quicker than your average volume recruitment role, in a business that seriously cares about it’s employees. The role will relocate to 10km SE of the CBD in 12 months – so the right candidate must be flexible with location and growth. This position is for someone quick, focused, detail oriented, and who loves people! A recruiter with experience in retail, contact centre, customer service and sales could be perfectly suited.
This career opportunity could be your first internal recruitment role (moving out of agency), or part of a larger recruitment team to develop your skills, or your first role reporting directly into HR which will give you greater exposure to HR if that’s your ambition.
