Company:

As a part of a passionate team, you’ll be the first point of contact for my client’s customers, whether face to face or over the phone. To do so, you’ll need sound knowledge of heavy equipment as well as a working knowledge of the local area. The role is fast paced, varied and challenging and to be successful in this position, you’ll need to have energy, drive and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing customers orders accurately
  • Managing and controlling hire records
  • Handling phone calls
  • Face to face and telephone customer service
  • Providing customers with safety and operating instructions
  • Identify cost efficiencies and process improvements opportunities
  • Provide quotes for hires and process manual paperwork

You:

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Customer service experience
  • The ability to respond to a large amount of calls
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a part of the team
  • Must be able to pass a National Police Check and driver’s history check

The salary for this position varies in between $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience + Super + bonus
