Company Overview

An exciting opportunity exists to join an industry leader within the financial services sector due to business growth they have multiple opportunities across their Investor Services business unit. This area is responsible for administering the company’s superannuation, wrap services and specialist products so dependent on your experience and key skills you could end up in any one of these teams!

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain client records
  • Process new business applications and redemptions
  • Handle inbound calls from Members, Advisers and Investors
  • Manage email correspondence and respond to enquiries within SLA’s
  • Develop indepth product knowledge
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders

Selection Criteria

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience within superannuation or financial services
  • Experience in a phone based role, supporting Advisers will be highly regarded
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • RG146 qualification will be highly regarded
  • Strong focus on delivering a superior customer experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Available to attend assessment centre 16th March
