A leading global pharmaceutical & consumer health company is looking for an ambitious I.T. Business Support Analyst to join their Sydney team. The main purpose of the role is to support the I.T. Manager within area of responsibility as a representative for I.T., including the I.T. service lines, global functional business partnering and innovation, to the assigned business portfolios within the global business.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Act as a point of contact for technology advice and provide guidance to the business.
  • Provide support in terms of operations, processes, key challenges, business needs and opportunities.
  • Liaising with the global business and supporting the rollout of new technology solutions.
  • Coordinate projects and working with the business to drive efficiency, savings, insight and innovation through I.T.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops and provide training to business users.
  • Troubleshooting and solving problems when they arise.

To succeed in this role, you will have the following skills:

  • Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Proven experience in a client facing role.
  • Prior experience working for a global organization.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate workshops and drive project outcomes and deliverables.
  • University degree in Information Technology or similar.
