This opportunity is a Full-Time position based in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs. This prolific and well known organisation is on the hunt for an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst (Level 1 + 2) to manage and complete various support tasks for the business. The successful candidate will need to be familiar with the ITIL processes and management of complex issues.

Scope and duties:

  • You will be providing general MS Windows support
  • New user provisioning and working in the Microsoft Environment, utilising Active Directory and Citrix
  • Proficient with troubleshooting of Office 365 as well as capture any frequently highlighted issues and determine any regular trends to make improvements / adjustments
  • Resolve how to questions, escalate business process / new requests and escalate technical IT issues
  • Strong communication, problem-solving skills and be customer focused

Prior skills and experience required:

  • At least 3-4 years’ experience in a similar Service Desk role
  • Strong business acumen and customer service
  • Experience in high call / ticket volume environment
  • Windows 7 and Windows 10
  • Experience with software packaging solutions such as SCCM
  • Experience configuring and using remote management tools
  • ITIL Foundation certification desirable
