A Leading E-Health organisation requires IT Support Analyst for a 12 month fixed term role in their Sydney CBD office.

The IT Support Analyst role is responsible for the delivery of hands-on technical support and assistance to the end users within the Sydney office. They are required to implement and manage Mac (Jamf Pro/ Casper) and mentor the team on the processes.

On a daily basis your responsibilities will include:

  • MacBook management – (Jamf Pro/ Casper)
  • Hardware, Software and Network troubleshooting
  • Level 2 support in Windows 10, Server 2008/2012, Exchange mailboxes
  • Active Directory user/group administration, group policy
  • Security updates

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Office 365, Windows 10 experience
  • Jira service desk experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Active Directory user/group administration, group policy
  • Mac support
  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Pro-active approach with a focus on continuous improvement
