Our client is an Australian born and bred supplier of cylinder gases such as LPG, Industrial Gases, Hospitality Gases and Helium. They are building a reputation for growth and success based on an exceptional customer service offering and quality product in the highly competitive market. We are currently seeking an IT/helpdesk support officer to join their friendly team. The successful candidate would be the first point of contact for all helpdesk queries.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide Helpdesk support to staff both local and remote users
  • Manage Mobile phones and other devices
  • User access management
  • Installing and setting up users PC workstations – hardware and software
  • Carrying out audits of IT equipment including maintaining IT stock
  • Ensure the anti-virus software is installed, kept up to date ad working properly on all customers stations, where appropriate
  • IT Projects as directed

Skills & Experience:

  • A recognised qualification in IT
  • 1-2 years’ experience in similar role
  • MS Active Directory
  • MS Exchange
  • Networking Skills (TCP/IP)
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Office
  • A patient, good multi-tasker with excellent problem-solving skills
