This position will commence immediately until the end of January. Working in their head office located in the Outer Suburbs of Adelaide, you will bring with your previous, high volume recruitment experience to hit the ground running.
Key responsibilities of this position:
- Partnering with key stakeholders across the business to effectively manage the recruitment process
- Utilising your understanding of contemporary recruitment procedures and methodologies to ensure that deadlines are effectively met
- Employing efficient and effective interviewing techniques when assessing candidate's suitability to roles
You will be resilient, confident and professional in your style and approach. You will have strong time management skills and be able to demonstrate your ability to manage a high volume of applicants. An in-depth knowledge of assessment techniques, including behavioural interviewing, is essential.
