Due to continued success they are now seeking to appoint an individual who has proven skills in Contracts Administration who can operate in a Junior Project Manager capacity running one or more projects. First up is a $6m mixed use development comprsising retail, apartments and townhouses. Working as part of a vibrant, up and coming team of five, your responsibilities will include:
- Contract Management
- Construction Programming
- Client & Stakeholder Liaison
- QA and OH&S
- Subcontract Management and Labour Resourcing
- Overseeing SM and Project Resourcing in lieu of Senior PM
Applications are sought from construction professionals with a track record in Contracts Adminstration in the commercial building sector, ideally with tertiary qualifications. You must be an effective communicator who can represent this up and coming building group well – particularly at the client interface, be highly computer literate and have an excellent understanding of industry OH&S.
This is a fantastic role for someone to take the next step in their and begin managing projects outright, or for a more experienced individual to join a professional company that is growing! A salary package in the $80k - $110k range is available, dependent upon experience.
