This role will see you partner with the broader HR team and collaborate with key stakeholders in the business to design, develop and deliver a range of learning opportunities for the business. The role will see you work with a high degree of autonomy as you:

  • Undertake a detailed training needs analysis to determine priorities for the L&D program
  • Design and deliver digital learning resources across the business
  • Consult and provide professional advice to leadership teams around L&D systems, processes
  • Review and implement changes to compliance and recording systems / processes
  • Design, deliver and evaluate skills – based learning mechanisms and induction processes
  • Interpret data and provide insights into suitable processes and systems for the business
  • Review and fine tune the Learning Management System
  • Coach and advise junior members of the L&D team
  • Assist with ad hoc project work and advice for the broader HR team

This role will suit and experienced L&D Advisor that enjoys working in a team environment to provide quality learning outcomes. Your experience in assessing technical training requirements and designing solutions will be highly regarded.

You will be proactive and enjoy working through challenges. Your communication skills will be strong as will your ability to train and mentor junior staff..
