This is a great opportunity for an experienced L&D Officer to join this friendly and supportive team. Sitting in a team of 4 you will be working in a dynamic environment, and assisting with projects that are sure to make a difference to the L&D function.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Engage and influence stakeholders across all levels to offer advise, guidance and solutions that support organisational goals and priorities.
  • Sourcing and building strong relationships with suitable training providers
  • Designing, coordinating and delivering internal training programs
  • Developing training manuals and other training aids that will assist in the learning process
  • Evaluating training courses and adjusting as required
  • Keeping abreast of new training trends and implementing where possible
  • Assisting the team to roll out new L&D initiatives
  • Participating in key L&D projects

You will have:

  • At least 2 years L&D experience
  • Previous experience developing and implementing training and development programs.
  • Be passionate about L&D, thrive in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Have the ability to build positive relationships with all levels or the organisation.
  • L&D experience within government would be beneficial,
  • Blue collar experience isn’t essential the right approach and adaptability is.
