Your primary accountability as a Learning and Development Coordinator is to support a team a high-performing Learning and Development professionals. This will see you:
- Coordinating L&D related events – organising facilitators, booking training rooms and equipment, preparing training materials, inviting attendees
- Maintaining all L&D related materials – ensuring the intranet, learning calendar and L&D documents are up to date
- Utilising your experience and knowledge to contribute to continuous improvement within the function
- Building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on providing excellent customer service
