Servicing over 14 sites and with a strong growth strategy this organization is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to help drive the organization forward. In this role you will provide Learning and Development and training to this national organization through reviewing existing training content and designing and implementing new L&D initiatives for the business. Your Learning and Development scope would be across the entire business, with a focus on clinical roles and expertise.
Experience in a health service driven industry would be ideal. Possessing a clinical understanding of healthcare is also highly desirable, especially prior clinical or health services experience. You will provide support and guidance around the implementation of a range of projects driven through the HR function. You will enjoy working in a supportive team environment where you can make a substantial contribution.
You will hold tertiary qualifications and exhibit exceptional time management and prioritising skills, be able to influence, negotiate and consult at all levels and have a strong L&D and training focus. Verbal and written communication ability must also be of the highest standard.
